123 Sample Street, Fort Worth, TX $25,000
Contractor CRM software that connects the whole job.
ForgeOne™ brings leads, jobs, estimating, storm intelligence, files, photos, documents, production, finances, customer portals, optional subcontractor work orders and portal access, supplier workflows, texting, financing, and reporting into one connected workspace.
Completed requires a signed certificate of completion.
Faithful recreation of the current ForgeOne™ dashboard structure using fictional sample data.
Build insurance estimates with the codes adjusters already recognize.
ForgeOne™ combines a sectioned estimate builder with a searchable insurance estimating library containing category codes, selectors, descriptions, trade classifications, and units, making scopes easier to review and transfer into an adjuster’s estimating workflow.
Build insurance scopes without starting every line from scratch.
ForgeOne™ contains 12,356 preloaded insurance estimating line items organized by category code, selector, trade description, and unit. Search the library, filter by trade, save favorites, reopen recent items, and add selected work directly to an estimate section.
Supporting language can follow the line item.
The current library includes 178 selector-specific rebuttals. Matching items can retrieve supporting language that references applicable IRC sections, installation requirements, and manufacturer instructions instead of forcing the estimator to rebuild the explanation every time.
Organize scope, pricing, tax, markup, margin, and totals in one builder.
Create sections by trade or phase, add library or custom items, calculate section adjustments, tax and discounts, save reusable assemblies, generate a branded PDF, and send the estimate through the customer review and approval workflow.
Counts shown above were verified against the current ForgeOne™ production database. ForgeOne™ is not presented as affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party estimating platform.
Built around the customer and job—not separate software silos.
The system keeps daily use straightforward while exposing deeper financial, production, portal, and reporting tools only when a company chooses to use them.
LPACI workflow dashboard
Lead, Prospect, Approved, Completed, and Invoiced stages keep the contractor workflow visible without a separate pipeline maze.
ForgeOne Inspection Pro
Start a field inspection with only a property address or open any existing CRM job. Camera + Voice connects photos, narration, checklists, tasks, field notes, reports, and estimate drafts directly to the job.
Connected job records
Customers, properties, contacts, insurance details, files, photos, messages, tasks, appointments, documents, and finances stay connected to the job.
Job Health and command center
See the next step, LPACI milestones, readiness gaps, payment progress, balance due, job activity, customer, property, insurance, adjuster, and production information without hunting through disconnected records.
Documents and approvals
Create estimates, contracts, work orders, change orders, and completion documents with versioning, PDF output, customer review, approval, decline, and signature flows.
12,000+ insurance estimating line items
Search 12,356 preloaded insurance estimating items by category code, selector, trade, or description, then add them directly to sectioned estimates with the item identity and unit already attached.
Code-supported rebuttal library
ForgeOne™ currently includes 178 selector-specific rebuttals with IRC and manufacturer-reference language that can follow matching estimate items into the job file.
Finance and job costing
Build job value, track supplements and deductions, record costs and payments, issue invoices, and review profitability without leaving the job workspace.
Production operations
Schedule crews and production events, track material orders and checklist items, and optionally create subcontractor work orders when a company wants that extra structure.
Reports and exports
Executive summaries, grouped drill-downs, PDF reports, and workbook exports support operational and financial review.
Unified notifications
Tasks, appointments, messages, customer actions, invoices, payments, and production changes appear in one role-aware inbox.
Color-coded job messageboard
Create custom subject lines, choose contractor-specific thread types and identification colors, then search, filter, reply, mention teammates, and attach files without losing the conversation inside a generic activity feed.
Multi-company and role controls
Organizations remain isolated, with Admin, Manager, Sales/Field, and platform-level permissions controlling access and visibility.
Password and passkey login
Users can enroll Face ID, fingerprint, Windows Hello, or device-PIN passkeys while retaining password recovery.
Responsive field use
Primary contractor workflows and all Job Detail sections are designed to remain usable on phone, tablet, and desktop.
Storm intelligence, mapping, and reports
Generate 12-month job storm-history reports, scan mapped CRM properties for recent impacts, explore historical storm dates across the company territory, overlay warning footprints or archived NEXRAD radar, and build follow-up routes from matched customers.
Supplier ordering integrations
ForgeOne uses a supplier-neutral ordering model. ABC Supply connectivity supports catalog, pricing, account and branch selection, reviewed ordering, status refresh, delivery events, and supplier invoice notifications. Additional distributor connections are enabled only when approved for live use.
Customer portal
Give customers a secure job-specific portal for selected records and let them upload photos or documents directly back to the job without exposing the internal CRM.
Text-first subcontractor portal
Create job-specific work orders, prepare a secure portal link in the contractor's normal Messages app, and let subcontractors review scope, update status, and upload photos or documents without needing email, an app install, or a ForgeOne user account.
ForgeOne™ Text add-on
A separate optional business-texting product is planned for companies that want managed company messaging. Manual subcontractor portal-link texting does not depend on that paid add-on.
Acorn Finance relationship
ForgeOne™ is established as an Acorn Finance Parent Company. Eligible contractors can enroll through ForgeOne and connect the customer financing link assigned to their own business.
Start at the property, build the job, and carry the field scope into the estimate.
Inspection Pro and the CRM share the same job record. A user can start with only an address and ForgeOne creates the linked CRM job, or open an existing job directly in Field Mode. Photos, narration, checklist answers, tasks, reports, files and estimate drafts stay attached to that job instead of being transferred between separate apps.
Begin in the field or from an existing job.
Use the current-location map, confirm the property address and trade, optionally add the customer, and start documenting. ForgeOne creates the connected CRM record in the background when one does not already exist.
Talk through the scope while capturing evidence.
Take property photos, retain capture location, dictate field narration, complete checklists, record failures that need attention, and create follow-up tasks without leaving Field Mode.
Create customer-ready reports and reviewable estimate drafts.
Build a branded inspection report from selected evidence. Narrated scope can become draft line items for human review; ForgeOne does not invent prices when pricing is unavailable.
Finish the estimate inside the connected job.
Use 12,356 preloaded items, custom lines or assemblies; organize sections; apply quantities, pricing, tax, markup, discounts and adjustments; generate a branded PDF; then send for customer review, approval and signature.
Give every user a clear picture of the job—not another place to hunt for information.
The Job Overview shows the current next step, the complete Lead-to-Closed milestone path, payment progress, job value and balance due. Job Health keeps missing or incomplete items visible so users can correct problems early without hard-locking normal work.
Users can advance, move backward, or mark a file Dead/Lost while ForgeOne preserves the job story and milestone history.
Authorized users can see collected percentage, approved job value, invoiced totals, receipts, costs, and remaining balance from the job workspace.
Give subcontractors a focused portal without giving up control of the job.
Companies can turn the feature on in settings, then choose job by job whether to create a subcontractor work order. The contractor can prepare the secure portal link as a normal text message from their own phone, so a subcontractor does not need email, a ForgeOne account, or a separate app. The subcontractor can review scope and schedule, accept or decline work, mark progress, upload categorized photos or documents, and submit completion updates. If the company does not use the feature, ForgeOne works exactly as before.
Use structure only when it helps.
Create a work order for a subcontractor, leave it unassigned, or skip the feature entirely. Work-order status does not hard-gate the main job workflow.
Meet subcontractors where they already communicate.
Prepare the portal link in the contractor's normal Messages app with the subcontractor's mobile number and a ready-to-send job message. The user reviews it and taps Send; ForgeOne does not require a server-side SMS provider for this launch workflow.
External access stays narrow.
Subcontractors see only the work order, project location, schedule, scope, their uploaded items, and the actions the company intentionally exposes.
Photos and documents land on the job.
Before, progress, completion, invoice, receipt, insurance, permit, change-order, and other uploads are categorized and recorded in the job history.
Built to connect contractors and suppliers without rebuilding the CRM around one vendor.
ForgeOne™ uses a supplier-neutral data model for material orders, line items, delivery status, invoices, and synchronization records. The same architecture supports multiple distributor relationships while preserving each contractor company’s tenant-private workflow.
ForgeOne supports company-specific account and branch selection, catalog search, customer pricing, reviewed order submission, delivery details, status refresh, order events, and supplier invoice notifications for supported ABC Supply accounts.
QXO connectivity will appear for customer companies only after live access is enabled. ForgeOne does not present validation access as live purchasing.
A practical Acorn Finance relationship built to grow with ForgeOne™.
ForgeOne CRM LLC is established as an Acorn Finance Parent Company. Eligible contractor companies can enroll through ForgeOne’s child-company registration pathway and then connect the customer-facing financing link Acorn assigns to their own business.
Keep internal job conversations organized—and give customers clearer ways to move forward.
Customer-facing tools stay tied to the same job record, with portal uploads, shared records, texting, and financing available without exposing internal company data.
A professional customer-facing window into the job.
Share only what the company chooses through a secure job-specific portal, while customers can also send photos or documents directly into the correct job file. Internal notes, costs, margins, and private records stay hidden.
Business texting that stays connected to the work.
The optional company texting add-on is designed to keep customer communication tied to the correct job and visible to authorized users instead of scattered across personal phones.
Offer financing from the connected job workflow.
Eligible companies can enroll with Acorn through ForgeOne, connect their own customer-facing financing link, and share it from the job financial workspace, estimates, invoices, emails, and customer portal.
Parent-company enrollment relationship; each contractor uses its own Acorn customer link. From a single property report to CRM-wide storm territory intelligence.
ForgeOne™ combines the existing 12-month job Storm History Report with a company-wide customer map. Teams can research a historical storm date, isolate mapped customers potentially affected by that event, review the connected CRM opportunity, visualize storm footprints or archived NEXRAD radar, and build a follow-up route without exporting the customer list.
Pick the storm. See the customers. Build the route.
The Storm History Explorer supports 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month windows. Selecting an event narrows the CRM to matched properties and summarizes active jobs, completed customers, and connected job value for re-canvassing and follow-up.
Address captured
The lead or job property address becomes the research point. A user can request the report during lead intake or later from Job Health.
Public records researched
ForgeOne™ checks National Weather Service local storm reports and warning records made available through Iowa Environmental Mesonet services.
Evidence summarized
Hail, wind, tornado, distance, and warning-polygon evidence are organized without claiming that the property sustained damage.
PDF filed to the job
Progress updates live in Job Health, and the completed report is stored as a private Storm Report file inside the connected job record.

The example above uses non-customer sample data and does not identify a property or claim physical damage.
Built to reduce duplicate work across the contractor lifecycle.
ForgeOne™ is designed around one connected customer and job record so sales, production, finance, documents, communication, and reporting can reuse the same information instead of rebuilding it in separate systems.
Role-based pricing for a contractor company.
Annual billing equals ten months of service. ForgeOne™ Text is an optional company add-on. Customer and subcontractor portal access are external collaboration tools and do not consume standard internal user seats.
Includes one Admin seat and the company workspace.
Company add-on; carrier registration is a separate one-time $49 fee.
